DUMMY FOR SHIRTS (wet /centrifugated shirts)
Electropneumatic dummy for simultaneous pressing of body, shoulders and
short/long sleeves of shirts, complete with:
- blowing and vacuum unisex dummy with collar locking and pneumatic
adjustment of the shoulder width;
- electrical heated front plate for shirt front placket locking and pressing
- pneumatic devices for side adjustment, front and rear locking of shirt tail
and complete traction
- turning and translating front plate to facilitate the loading/unloading
operations;
- adjustable and tensioning clamps with automatic closure of cuffs and
sleeve
- built-in electric fan 2,25 Kw for air blowing;
- built-in vacuum fan 0,56 kw;
- steam overheater;
- adjustable pressing pressure for front plate, for side adjustment devices,
for shirt traction and cuffs and short sleeves expansion;
- programmer (10 programs, 4 functions) for selection of different pressing
cycles;
- adaption for connection to the main steam, and compressed air plants.
